On November 5th Barboza (5) and Ferguson (3) will headline The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 3 Finale from Mexico City.
The auto-correct on Barboza’s name will not stop us either. Barboza/Ferguson will headline while the final of TUF will co-main. There are several other notable names on here, too. Heather Jo Clark and Sam Alvey to start. Dariush vs Magomedov will certainly see a plethora of grappling, while Ricardo Lamas makes up for his cancelled fight with BJ Penn against Charles Oliveira (look for a finish in that one. Also very intriguing is Diego Sanchez in Mexico City, that is bound to be very hyped.
We know what Barboza (ranked #5) can do, devastating leg-kicks and speed, while Ferguson (#3) has made very little mistakes in the UFC, going 11-1 since joining the promotion. Their last fight below, from the McGregor/Faber TUF Finale has created an exciting rivalry with two of the divisions top stars.
I predict the winner will face off against #2-ranked Rafael Dos Anjos, assuming Nate Diaz is nowhere to be found.
