UFC Portland Payouts

What if we told you that in 2016, Nate Marquardt would be taking home the most money from an event?

Well that’s exactly what happened from UFC Portland aka Fight Night 96: Dodson vs Lineker.

Astonishingly, three different fighters missed weight and were forced to forfeit 20% of their show money to their opponent. This includes Cowboy Oliveira, Hacran Dias and even headliner John Lineker.

Nate ‘The Great’ Marquardt tops out at 112k, with 56k to show and double for his KO win over Tamdan McCrory. He took home the most cash, with Lineker taking the second-highest amount of fight money with $72,000 despite his forfeiture for missing weight.

If you add in 50k for a performance bonus, Marquardt had himself a very, very profitable night. For the rest of the bonuses check out MMA Mania’s list here.
